Engineer in the oil and gas industry.

c. Experience shall include detailed planning for construction
activities; preparation of construction packages detailing work scope
and installation procedures; preparation of site sketches/drawings for
issue to construction crews to aid design drawings; supervision of
construction crews/teams in the execution of work; pre commissioning
activities and preparation of job activities.

3. PLANNING ENGINEERS

a. Shall hold an appropriate Technical qualification and have a minimum
of five years practical experience in planning of minor and/or major
onshore/offshore projects in the Oil and Gas industry.

b. Shall have knowledge of Planning software e.g. Project Scheduler and
P3E including Work Management System ; Critical Path Analysis planning
techniques and the preparation of project schedule;

Methods of effective presentation of planning and forecast data and
information; Trend analysis and forecasting techniques ; Safety aspects
of design in relation to the project cycle ; Quality Assurance and
Control requirements of the design cycle.

are now seeking outstanding talent as the following position:
 
Secretary for Mining & Operations VP
(located in Palembang)
 
Main Role
Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through
conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including
receiving and handling information.
 
Role of Accountabilities
* Develop and maintainhard copy and electronic filing systemas well
asdocumentconfidentiality to provide administration support in accordance
withthe company procedures.
* Organize and manage meetings or projectevents and take minutes at
thosemeetingsto ensure meeting efficiency.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for reportsandpresentationsto
ensure all reports and presentations materialsare complete and ready to use.
* Organizeand schedule arrangements for the superior, including air
travelandexpences claim reimbursement to provide secretarial assistance.
* Presentgeneral clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying,
faxing,mailing and maintain stationary supply in order to provideadministration
assistance.
* Perform other dutiesusing independent judgement and discretionto support
andassist the superior in administration matters.
 
Role Cognitive
Able to exercise judgments requiring “Assertive” processing (such as require to
be able to organize information and pulls it together in the form of direct
action relevant to the immediate situation) for time-span of 3 months down the
road.
 
Knowledge & Skill
·         Minimum 5 years experience (with a minimum of threeyears of relevant
experience in secretarial duties)
·         Able to manage tasks and prioritize time to support the company
·         Highmotivation to fulfilling requests to meet timelines supporting the
work of others
·         Able to pay attention to detailsandbe organized
·         Able to take initiative and to follow through on projects and tasks on
a daily basis
·         Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with
other staffs

Competencies
-          English Languageâ€"Level III (Fluent)
-          Self Confidence â€" Level III
-       Interpersonal Understanding â€" Level III
 
Specific Required
1.       Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable Secretarial Academy.
2.       Experience minimum 3years in secretarial duties.
3.    Willing to be relocated in Palembang, South Sumatera.
4.    Willing to work extended hours due to project requirements.
5.    Excellent English, both written and verbal
6.   Computer literate (Microsoft Office programs)
7.   Ability to project a professional image, and to demonstrate courtesy and
sensitivity to others
