1.Interprets, implements, and review quality assurance standards, studies existing policies and procedures related to pharmaceutical industries
2.Performs quality-assurance functions to accomplish business coordination, monitoring, and reporting of quality-assurance studies with knowledge of current QA regulations and informing the Director of any new and/or revised regulations imposed.
3.Reviews testing, quality control, and other testing reports for accuracy, completeness and compliance to requirements to ensure that quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements are met.

Job Requirements

A.Minimal Bachelor Degree, with 2 years experience in junior managerial level or 1 years in managerial level at Quality Assurance area
B.Willing to placed at Bintaro and to travel frequently

C.Desired skills:
•Comprehend pharmaceutical warehousing and transportation activities, the transaction process of goods
•Familiar to quality standards (common GMP standard of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, health regulatory authority and GDP/GSP) and document management system application
•Able to manage third party service providers, in relation to standard compliance and QMS cycle
•Able to initiate, develop, launch, implement and manage improvement projects
•Familiar to Change Control Documentation, basic QMS documentations and GDP Site Master File, along with any relevant documentation

D.Desired Knowledge:
•QMS, ISO 9000, Good Distribution Practices, Good Storage Practices
•Qualification, Calibration, Validation (Understands basic theory, principles, implementation and recurring anomalies), internal auditing
•Cold Chain handling, infrastructure planning and maintenance, system & procedure improvement, trainings
•Basic supply chain management, warehousing and inventory management
•Conversant in English, in verbal and in writing.
