We are currently searching immediately for a :

Hygiene Program Developer

The qualifications are:

- Master Degree in public health with excellent knowledge of appropriate sanitation technology in a development context, and proven skills to implement appropriate solutions in this sector

- Management of budgets and precise reporting skills (narrative and financial)

- Experience of working for at least 2 years in an international relief or development setting. This should include field experience including management of implementing agencies (local or national NGO's, contractor, or communities) with proven skills in KAP survey

- Experience of community health/hygiene education

The role of the position is:

* Assist WASH Program Manager to develop mechanisms to ensure high quality performance in community based program activities according to international and national standards in water supply and environmental health

* Develop and prepare necessary tools to ensure the proper implementation of the determined mechanism and disseminate it to implementing local SD & SR teams/partners

* Provide technical solution or feedback on sustainable design of projects activities, and participate in preparing concept papers, proposal and budget related to water supply and environmental health

* Ensure construction of sustainable water and sanitation structures with clear maintenance mechanisms including hygiene promotion, specific technical or management training, etc.)

* Build and run a participative monitoring and evaluation system specific to water supply and environmental health

* Working closely with other functions within company to ensure properly implementation of water supply and environmental health program.

* Implement and/or facilitate local SD & SR team to run the program as well as to ensure program deliverable is accordance with transparency and accountability principles
