Job Description :
-Develop and implements Talent Management Program in company with relation to other section in HR
-As assessor for internal talent assessment
-Handle talent pool monitoring & reporting

Requirements :
•Male / female, max 30 years of age
•Min 2 years experience in HR related area, handling assessment and talent management
•At least Bachelor Degree in psychology, especially a psychologist
•Willing to travel
•Certification in assessment center or competency based assessment will be an advantage
•Energetic, dynamic, self-motivated, with high willingness to learn
•Demonstrated strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
•Good communication in English, both oral and written
•Willing to be placed at Bintaro, Tangerang

Developing and executing annual Indonesia strategic business development plan

Keeping abreast of development plans of downstream clients.
