Job Description:
· Reports directly to General Manager
· Responsible for the implementation, development and smooth operations of
pastry kitchen
· Organizes food production in a cost efficient and hygienic manner
· Able to make chocolate decoration, wedding cake, breads, etc
· Assists in formulating, coordinating and supervising menu planning and
implementation
