The Asia Foundation seeks experienced candidates for Human Resources Officer position. S/he will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest levels of human resources efficiency, effectiveness, job satisfaction and staff relations throughout the Foundation. S/he will be managing personnel files, records, process of performance reviews/plans, staff health insurance and benefits schemes, and issuing of all employee and consultant contracts. S/he will also be responsible in providing all government liaison services for international staff, including visas, work permits, and other necessary documents, and serving as the primary liaison with Ministry of Manpower to ensure Foundation compliance with all GOI labor regulations. The Officer will also support the Country Representative in maintaining positive relations with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as related to the Foundation's authorization to work as a non-profit development organization in Indonesia.
Candidates should ideally possess the following:
• A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
• Bachelor degree preferably in the field of Human Resources Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian
• High level of competency with the full range of Microsoft Office software programs
• Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multitask
• Be of high integrity and able to maintain confidentiality.
