• Have experience and apply knowledge of drill rig components – both onshore and offshore, operation and functions and of lease lay-outs; the circulating system, rotary system, drilling fluids, casing and cementing.

Able to:

- Explain the dynamic of wellbore drilling
- Identify and outline rig safety issues and policies. Advise on drilling hazards and drilling bit optimisation
- Evaluate offset data before the drilling start
- Analyse, evaluate and describe formations while drilling, using cuttings, gas, FEMWD and others
- Compare data gathered during drilling with predictions
- Advise operations personnel on-site and office
- Explain mud logging unit functions and procedures. Supervise mud logging, FEMWD and wireline services, personnel and monitoring quality control in relation to these services
- Describe coring, open and cased hole logging and well testing requirements and procedures
- Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of laboratory techniques for the analysis of core, sidewall core, cuttings and fluid samples, including special core analysis
- Describe well completion and abandonment procedures and processes
- Apply knowledge of new and leading edge drilling, formation evaluation and data capture technology
- Trouble shoot when problems arise
- Outline processes/procedures for the archival of soft and hard data obtained from wellsite operations and database administration. Keep detailed records, writing reports, completing daily, weekly and post-well reporting logs, and sending these to appropriate departments
- Prepare, assess and manage work contracts
- Administer contracts, initiate tendering processes and advise on contract details, ensuring product quality, efficiency and cost optimisation
- Liaise with Service Company for logging, coring, testing etc. and also with Government authorities.

8. Field Geologist

Responsibilities:
• Proven management of a small specialist team of geologist
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork
• Capable of holding meetings and presentations in English
• Able to prepare technical reports in English
• Maintaining time line and program for exploration programs
• Preparation of resource reports.

Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
• Geologist with minimum 3 (three) years experience in coal mining exploration, engineering and consulting
• Knowledge in mapping, drilling and sampling SOP particularly for JORC reporting
• Understand geological interpretation principle
• Excellent use of MineScape Stratmodel
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines
• Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential
• Willing to work at field in roster.

9. Survey Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Periodic surveys of mining progress of both overburden and coal stockpile reconciliation
• Understand topographical surveys of Greenfield and productions coal mines
• Preparation of mine plans / section as per the mining law of Indonesia and per other needs
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine workings
• Preparation of plans from field surveys
• Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Requirements:
• Having minimum within 3‐5 years experience on civil construction & mining
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work at mine site, and remote area
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software

10. Data Processing Surveyor

Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine workings
• Preparation of plans from field surveys
• Preparing data processing for mining progress in the field
• Coordination with Surveyor supervisor about the report data and assist his job as request

Requirements:
• Having minimum within 1‐2 years experience on civil construction & mining
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work at mine site, and remote area
• Familiar with surpac software

11. Production Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Technical and mine planning support to the operation
• Monitor equipment performance
• Develop and maintain cost control reporting system
• Provide back up to the site based personnel
• Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning

Requirements:
• Recognized mining engineering qualifications
• Minimum 3 years practical operating mining experience in a similar role
• A working knowledge of Surpac and Minescape mine planning software
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
• Computer literate
• Preferably held a "POP" Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Be an efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and systems oriented
• Prefers understand about Heavy equipment
• Knowledge of heavy Equipment is preferable
• Ready worked in remote area

12. Mine Plan Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Prepare short and long term mine plan ( production and project)
• Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:
• Graduate Mining Engineer
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Mine Planning
• Capability to operating Minescape or Surpac software
• Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine
• Prepared to work in remote areas
• Preferably held a "POP" Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
• Ready worked in remote area
