Need Urgent : Web Developer and Admin Officer

An IT company based on Jakarta are seeking for a talented, motivated & dynamic persons to fit following positions :

Web Developer

Ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML, XHTML, CSS
Server-side scripting with knowledge of PHP and MySQL
2+ years production-quality web development experience
Desirable experience in frameworks and web 2.0 projects
Proficiency in OOP programming is required.
Strong command of web standards, cross-browser compatibility and various web-related optimization techniques and content management systems
Passion for end-user focused software applications design with a high awareness of current industry design and usability trends.
Must be aware of online accessibility issues and have experience working to
W3C accessibility guidelines
Ability to code functional pages from mockups in collaboration with web designers
Experience building and implementing content management systems
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and flexibility to accommodate demanding schedules
Strong personality, self motivation, good leadership, able to work independent or team.

Female Admin Officer

Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
take,type and distribute minutes of meetings
implement and maintain office systems
maintain schedules and calendars
arrange and confirm appointments
organize internal and external events
handle incoming mail and other material
set up and maintain filing systems
set up work procedures
collate information
maintain databases
communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
liaison with internal and external contacts
coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally

manage office space
