You will report directly to Director and will be responsible to oversee financial report preparation, control company's financial resources; conduct financial risk management; monitor company's financial performance; formulate funding strategy and debt capital raising; maintain bank and investor relation; direct human resources, general affairs, and legal activities.

REQUIREMENT

    * Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university (post graduate would be an advantage)
    * Min. 5 years professional experience as Finance Director, or 7 years professional experience as GM Finance & Accounting,  preferably in Jewelery Manufacture.
    * Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skill
    * Hard working & able to work under pressure
    * Willing to be placed in Bali

US Department of State dan Baruch College City University of New York membuka kesempatan fellowship dalam program bertajuk ‘Climate Change Professional Fellows Program’. Program ini ditargetkan untuk para profesional dan calon pemimpin di bidang perubahan iklim, termasuk ilmuwan sosial dan lingkungan, iklim, ekologi, pejabat pemerintah, responden bencana, tokoh masyarakat, aktivis, pendidik, pegawai swasta, maupun pegawai LSM. Peserta dipilih dari empat negara sasaran, yakni Indonesia, Jepang, Australia, dan Cina. Terdapat dua periode program, yakni pada musim semi dan musim gugur tahun 2011. 

Komponen program ini meliputi masa orientasi selama tiga hari di San Francisco, diikuti dengan empat minggu di New York City, dan tiga hari di Washington, DC. Selama di New York City, Baruch College akan menyajikan serangkaian lokakarya tentang berbagai isu perubahan iklim. 

Fellows dipilih berdasarkan kinerja dan kemampuan untuk memainkan peran kepemimpinan dalam organisasi dan dalam masyarakat mereka. Penyelenggara program ini menggunakan pendekatan kompetitif dalam memilih peserta. Adapun kandidat harus memenuhi kriteria sebagai berikut:

• Warga negara Indonesia, Jepang, Australia, atau Cina,.
• Memiliki minat serta secara aktif terlibat dalam isu-isu perubahan iklim.
• Mid-level professionals, media professionals, pemimpin komunitas, atau pemimpin muda (young emerging leaders)
