Job Description:

·         Constructs reservoir- and simulation-scale 3D geological models utilizing Schlumberger Petrel and IP software, while incorporating interpretations and data from LGC products, including SeisWorks, StratWorks, ZMAP, GeoGraphix, and OpenWorks
·         Works effectively with subsurface geophysicists, engineers, petrophysicists, RMT personnel and operations personnel to ensure robust and consistent reservoir models
·         Incorporate geophysical and petrophysical interpretations into comprehensive 3D geomodels
·         Provides geological and modeling support for field development plans including primary development and EOR/IOR projects
Technical Studies
·         Recommends, plans, designs, coordinates and directs the acquisition and analysis of core, wireline, and other geoscience data necessary to generate, evaluate and upgrade reservoir models
·         Acts as a technical expert and mentor for less experienced subsurface studies geophysical and geological staff.  Provide mentoring, training, and support as needed to enhance current knowledge of RMT staff

Subsurface
Development Geophysicist (Bahrain and Arab Saudi)
 
Working
with multi-disciplinary teams and reporting to a Subsurface Team Leader, this
role will have primary responsibility for the interpretation and integration of
geophysical and geological data over producing fields to identify future infill
drilling opportunities. Essentially this role is responsible for all
geophysical aspects on the company's producing fields, near field exploration

well planning and follow up, and support field operation with seismic

melakukan penelitian atau praktek lapangan tentang jenis-jenis burung
prioritas di Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan
pengalaman untuk konservasi praktis sumberdaya alam di kawasan hutan
Mbeliling, Flores.

Gambaran Umum:

Melakukan studi tentang preferensi habitat dan ukuran populasi dari empat
species burung: kehicap flores (Monarcha sacerdotum), gagak flores (Corvus
florensis), elang flores (Spizaetus floris) dan serindit flores (Loriculus
flosculus).

Kualifikasi:

1. Mahasiswa/i S1 jurusan biologi atau kehutanan yang memiliki minat
untuk mengkaji ekologi satwa liar, ----terutama burung liar;

2. Memahami dengan baik metode survei, penggunaan peralatan lapangan dan

JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES


·         
Assist in development and implementation of the Employee Relations
strategy in the Factory, aligned to the business objectives
·         
This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations
of the Factory HR function and administration including administration of
the human resources policies, procedures and programs, carrying out
responsibilities in departmental development, employee relations, workmen
training and development, benefits, compensation, and recruitment
·         
Be responsible for implementing HR Policies at the Factory.
·         
Be responsible in developing the headcount plan in respect of
managers and workers in consonance with the organization structure
templates, job classification and bands and in line with the business plans
and budgets.
·         
Carry out monthly reviews of headcount and proactively plan for
recruitments in respect of workers including advance hiring for anticipated
contract terminations and attrition.
·         
Recruit for vacancies and anticipated vacancies at the Factory
ensuring compliance with profile specifications. Coordinate with Business
Unit HR for salary approval and appointment letters.
·         
Assist the factory functional managers in running the performance
management programme in respect of setting KRA's, mid year and Annual appraisals
including dialogue for calibrating relative performance and ratings
distribution.
·         
Ensure the administration of the attendance system, overtime policy,
payroll computation and salary disbursal for workmen at the factory
·         
Develop and maintain workers HRIS and use these for non management
employee decisions at the Business Unit.
·         
Ensure that employees are adequately trained to carry out their work
in a safe manner and are also trained to handle emergencies such as fires
and accidents.
·         
Plan for periodic medical checkups and diagnose accident reports and
illness statistics for preventive action.
·         
Maintain productive relationship with Labour, Health, Police, and
Municipality and provide for public relations support to the factory.

vendor assessment for quality system check, make necessary improvement at
their end, make prototype samples for trial purpose.

Specification of
packaging material to be made and periodically updated for the approved
packaging material.
·         
To develop
vendors as per new amendment and development in packing material
·         
To planning the
people for inspection and QC approval and rejection.
·         
To inspection
all packing material and given approval and rejection accordingly.
·         
Product handled:
·         
Packaging material like Laminates, Zipper pouches, Micro fluted
three ply cartons, Master cartons, Tin cans, Composite Cans, Plastic
laminated Tubes, Injection molded PP containers and      
  Caps, Labels, BOPP tapes, Vacuum Pouches, preformed pouches, Mono
Cartons, shrink bags, microwavable trays, thermoformed cups , trays,
Corrugated cartons, HDPE woven sacks
