Perusahaan ini membangun 2 x 30 MW batu bara CFB pembangkit listrik di Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan dan berencana untuk memerluas plant pada kuartal kedua tahun 2011. 1. Maintenance Manager (Work Location: Tanjung-KalSel)
Min. s1 Teknik Mesin/ Elektro, Exp. 4 tahun bekerja di power plant dengan teknologi CFBB (circulating fluidized bed boilers), memegang posisi senior engineer di power plant, berbahasa inggris dengan baik, paham komputer

2. Instrument & Control Engineer (Work Location: Tanjung-KalSel)
S1 teknik fisika, exp. 3 tahun di posisi yang sama di power/proses industri, paham dengan maintenance control system, PLC, SCADA, Analysers & Field Instruments, diutamakan yang pengalaman dengan DCS/PLC programming, paham IT, berbahasa Inggris dengan baik.

3. Shift Supervisor (Work Location: Tanjung-KalSel)
Min. D3 teknik (Mesin,Elektro,Kimia), Exp.5 thn di pembangkit listrik atau proses industri, memiliki Surat ijin Operasi Boiler Grade 1 / 2, punya pengetahuan operasi pembangkit tenaga listrik, sistem keselamatan kerja dan kemampuan untuk troubleshoot process problem, paham komputer serta DCS, berbahasa inggris dgn baik.

4. WTP Operator (Work Location: Tanjung-KalSel)
Min. SMA, pengalaman dgn pengoperasian Water treatment, Waste Water Treatment Plant, paham komputer serta PLC, mampu membaca panduan bahasa inggris.

5. Lab Technician (Work Location: Tanjung-KalSel)
Min. D3 Industri Kimia, Pengalaman di cycle chemistry, water treatment dan laboratory chemistry, paham komputer, mampu membaca panduan bahasa inggris.

6. Unit Operators (Work Location: Tanjung-KalSel)
Min. D3 teknik (Mesin,Elektro,Kimia), Exp. 1 thn di pembangkit listrik atau proses industri, paham pengoperasian power plant, paham komputer serta DCS, berbahasa inggris dgn baik.

7. Field Operators (Work Location: Tanjung-KalSel)
Min. D3 teknik (Mesin,Elektro,Kimia), berpengalaman di posisi yg sama di power/proses industri, paham komputer, mampu membaca panduan bahasa inggris.

8. Technician - I & C (Work Location: Tanjung-KalSel)
