- Pria, usia max 30 tahun
- Min D3 Teknik Elektro Jurusan Arus Kuat
- Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman yang sama min 1 tahun
- Bersedia bekerja shift
- bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan dinas
- Dapat bekerja secara individu/team

IndoPacific Edelman has a current requirement for:

Human Resources Officer (position code: HRO)

Responsibilities

Reporting to Senior Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Officer
will provide day-to-day support to administer core human resource
processes in the following areas: recruitment and selection, people
development, performance management, compensation and benefit, employee
engagement as well as operational activities and data management. The
incumbent responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Recruitment & Selection: coordinate recruitment and selection
process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive
procedure is used to hire staff. The main activities of this process
are: prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions;
reviewing resumes organized and participate in interviews process;
conduct reference checks on possible candidates; sending follows up
letter to applicants; maintain candidate database and recruitment
related files.

2. People Development: provide support to ensure employees have
skill and capabilities to perform well. The main activities in this
process are: lead new employee orientation program; assist training and
development opportunities identification; organize staff training
sessions, workshops and activities.

3. Performance management e.g. coordinate attendance monitoring
process; assist HR Manager in administering performance appraisal
process.

4. Compensation and benefit e.g. assist HR Manager in implementation
and communication of compensation and benefit for employees.

5. Data management and reporting: e.g. maintain employee data
records and HR files; prepare reports and analyze data from human
resource information systems for information reporting and management
decision making; ensure confidentiality of all information

6. Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements

· Minimum bachelor degree in social studies

· At least 3 years extensive experience in Human Resources.

· Work experience in recruitment agency or multinational
service company will be an advantage

· Have pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills

· Display professional sensitivity and high levels of
integrity

· Ability to work accurately and effectively with high degree
autonomy

· Maintain high level confidentiality and commits to the
firm's standard of excellence

· Have professional, intelligent and responsive approach and
a positive attitude

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in both
Bahasa Indonesia and English are a must.

· Able to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize
appropriately

· Demonstrate excellent organization/administration skill
time management skill, and extensive attention to detail as well as
ability to forward thinker to anticipate need.
