Responsibilities :
 
* To Manage manpower recruitment and to ensure all HR activities, programs and administration in the areas of recruitment and develop its employees.
 
Requirements :
 
* Graduated from S1 or Bachelor Degree from any fields of discipline.
* At least 5 years related experiences working in a same industry (coming from 4 or 5 stars hotel)
* Good knowledge of HRD function and hands – on from recruitment, training, people development, compensation and benefit.
* Good communication, smart worker, strong leadership and well communication with a skill of negotiation.
* Showing a good skill of problem solving with sharp analytical skill, result oriented.

Accounting Officer (Permanent Staff)

Responsibilities            
:
 
·         Ensure that all accounting, reporting and archiving principles are adhered to.
·         Accounting, monitoring of Receivables:
·         Ensure general ledger accounts related to accounts recievables are reconciled, accounted properly and reported.
·         Control and checking project Costing and Sales Service transactions
·         Reconcile and check Invoices to Customers in collaboration with the Customer Sales Department
·         Prepare Tax Invoicing, Reporting and reconciliation.
·         Prepare Monthly adjustment Journal.
·         Prepare Debit Notes
·         Support the double checking of all Reports
·         Prepare Invoice Summary Report for Commission and Governmental Sales in collaboration with Customer Support
·         Liase with ACCPAC Vendor to ensure proper operation of the ACCPAC System.
·         Support Planning and Budgeting Process.

Job Summary:
 
This
position will be responsible for the control and administration of financial
workings of Indonesia representative office.
 
Key
Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
 
-          In
charge of overseeing bank account and controlling all banks transactions
including petty cash and bank cash flow.
-          Administration
of accounts payable function including submission cash report (every 24th)
and copies of payment voucher with bank statement to PR Singapore (every 7th).
-          Administer
Marketing Commitment Form (MCF) process, prepare MCF monthly summary and
calculate accrual of marketing spending to be made each month from MCFs.
-          Administering
payroll calculation, payroll payment, submission of payroll related taxes (to
liaise with tax consultant), Astek (social security program) calculation and
payment, 
-          Administration
of authorization control limits.
-          Control
and validation of the issue of FOC goods to trade customers.
-          Administer
marketing spending breakdown including sponsorship, A&P, etc.
-          Ad
hoc project work
-          Other
tasks to be assigned by Country Manager.
 
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

a Diploma in Accounting/Finance or its equivalent.
