oil and natural gas resources throughout the world. In Indonesia, INPEX
is acting as Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) with BPMIGAS for many
upstream projects since 1966. INPEX is the operator of Masela Block
(Abadi project) offshore Maluku, Arafura Sea, Indonesia, that is now in
the early stage of Abadi field development with floating liquefied
natural gas concept for future commercial FLNG production.

Parallel with the activities, INPEX Organization is growing rapidly and

Admin Assistant Commercial (Code:CMM Admin)

Requirements:

a. A minimum of Diploma Degree from reputable university, with 3
years experience in record management, administrative work, and
communication management

b. Excellent skills in administrative job and business
correspondence.

c. Fluency in English both spoken and written, computer Literacy.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power
Point); Familiarization with SAP is an advantage

d. Proactive and able to work well in a team, discipline, dynamic
with good personality, able to work under pressure

Specific Functions:

a. Provide administrative support to ensure that overall operations
within related division are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and
accurate manner.

b. Manage, monitor and control overall record management; maintain
confidential records and files; maintain records of decisions, control
overall department formal meetings; Coordinate, schedule and act as
liaison officer for department events and forums.

c. Provide reception and correspondence service for all internal
and/or external communication for Commercial Department.

yang telah bergiat sejak 15 Juli 2002, bertujuan melestarikan seluruh jenis
burung dan habitatnya di Indonesia, serta bekerjasama dengan masyarakat
untuk mencapai pembangunan yang lestari.

Burung Indonesia pada saat ini tengah melaksanakan kegiatan program
"Sustainable and Integrated management of Mbeliling Forest" di Pulau Flores,
Nusa Tenggara Timur. Untuk itu dibuka kesempatan bagi mahasiswa/i untuk
melakukan penelitian atau praktek lapangan tentang burung kakatua-kecil
jambul-kuning di Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur serta meningkatkan pengetahuan
dan pengalaman untuk konservasi praktis sumberdaya alam di kawasan hutan
Mbeliling, Flores.

Gambaran Umum:

Melakukan studi tentang preferensi habitat dan makanan, ukuran populasi,
sebaran, dan lokasi berbiak dari kakatua-kecil jambul-kuning di bentang alam
Mbeliling bagian barat.

Kualifikasi:

1. Mahasiswa/i S1 jurusan biologi atau kehutanan yang memiliki minat
untuk mengkaji ekologi satwa liar, ----terutama burung liar;

2. Memahami dengan baik metode survei, penggunaan peralatan lapangan dan
analisis data;

3. Senang bekerja di lapangan dan dapat beradaptasi di remote area
selama studi;

4. Dapat mengelola kegiatan di lapangan secara mandiri;

5. Dapat bekerja sama dalam tim.

Lokasi: Mbeliling - Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur

Durasi penelitian: 2 bulan (Juni - Juli 2012)
