weight-loss and skin-care company from USA, is currently looking for:

Marketing Coordinator - Jakarta

Qualifications:
* Diploma
& above – Marketing or Business studies preferred
* Maximum
35 years old
* At
least 2 years related Marcom experience.
* Strong
customer and result orientation
* Good
command of written & spoken English.
*   Independent
and Matured with pleasant personality.
* Work
independently and also a team player
* Ability
to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimal
supervision.
* Adapt
as the external environment and organization evolves. This may include the need
to work in the evenings and occasional weekends.
* Computer
literate in MS Office and Internet.
* Efficient
worker who takes initiative & has a sense of urgency
* Resourceful
 
Responsibilities:
* To
assist in strategic planning and development to drive sales and lead the
company to relevant position, globally,
* To
directly implement locally relevant and compliant collateral and marketing
support tools which best meet the needs of local distributors, effectively
support brand positioning to ensure the brand image is well promoted and
legally protected which will require to organize the sales tools production
including literature, Promotion and etc.,
* To
coordinate with other departments, distributors, vendors to ensure all the
content are accurate and to meet local legal requirement, deadline, and
printing quality is above company's standard. 
* To
assist in identifying and propose the local market opportunity in products,
advertising and collateral material which includes new product launch,
promotion plan, review and update existing items, product display,
distributor's feedback, and market research, information collection, and
internet strategy developing and management.

Business Development / Nutrition Club Coordinator - Jakarta

Qualifications:
* College or University Graduate, preferably with marketing knowledge gained through work experience or education.
* Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) and the Internet
* Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.
* Ability to research, source information and analyze data.
* Good report writing and copywriting skills.
* Basic knowledge of quality prints/photographs.
* Ability to perform basic administrative duties.
* Ability to meet deadlines.

Sales Manager (Head Office Jakarta)

Job
Summary:
This position will be
responsible for implementation and administration of trade marketing,
sales/field activities, promotion executions, outlet relationship, etc. 
 
Key Responsibilities and
Job-Related Characteristics:
-          Manage and supervise the field representative team including their
team of Sales Promotion Girls (SPG)
-      Analyze market information and conduct market intelligence through
competitors' activities, pricing, product potential, market potential, market
research/observation; collect sales data; observe/ analyze overall market in
each sector; observe monitor competitor movement (on sales/depletion, trade/
promotional activities);
-          Supervise field representative on negotiation of annual
promotional/pouring contracts with outlets. 
-          Review contracts and negotiate with outlets (if any).
-          Visit distribution outlets and assess the market conditions on a
regular basis, prepare and evaluate channel specific programs.
-          In charge for activities related to product/brand distribution
such as: monitor distribution of PR brands and make sure that the brands are
listed in all outlets, check/monitor GMA, check/ monitor wholesaler and outlet
selling prices.
 
Knowledge
and Skills Requirements:
-        Possess
a Diploma in Management/Business or its equivalent.
-        Minimum
4-6 years related working experience.
-        Ability
to work independently and as team-member; and self starter.
-        Highly
motivated, proactive, self-work discipline.
-        Excellent
comprehension and analytical skills.
-        Excellent
