Marketing Coordinator - Jakarta

Qualifications:
* Diploma
& above â€" Marketing or Business studies preferred
* Maximum
35 years old
* At
least 2 years related Marcom experience.
* Strong
customer and result orientation
* Good
command of written & spoken English.
*   Independent
and Matured with pleasant personality.
* Work
independently and also a team player
* Ability
to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimal
supervision.
* Adapt
as the external environment and organization evolves. This may include the need
to work in the evenings and occasional weekends.
* Computer
literate in MS Office and Internet.
* Efficient
worker who takes initiative & has a sense of urgency
* Resourceful
 
Responsibilities:
* To
assist in strategic planning and development to drive sales and lead the
company to relevant position, globally,
* To
directly implement locally relevant and compliant collateral and marketing
support tools which best meet the needs of local distributors, effectively
support brand positioning to ensure the brand image is well promoted and
legally protected which will require to organize the sales tools production
including literature, Promotion and etc.,
* To
coordinate with other departments, distributors, vendors to ensure all the
content are accurate and to meet local legal requirement, deadline, and
printing quality is above company’s standard. 
* To
assist in identifying and propose the local market opportunity in products,
advertising and collateral material which includes new product launch,
promotion plan, review and update existing items, product display,
distributor’s feedback, and market research, information collection, and
internet strategy developing and management.

Business Development / Nutrition Club Coordinator - Jakarta

Qualifications:
* College or University Graduate, preferably with marketing knowledge gained through work experience or education.
* Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) and the Internet
* Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.
* Ability to research, source information and analyze data.
* Good report writing and copywriting skills.
* Basic knowledge of quality prints/photographs.
* Ability to perform basic administrative duties.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to organize, prioritize workload and meet deadlines for effective implementation.
* Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
* Strong customer and results orientation
* Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
* Ability to function as an effective team member
* Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
 
Responsibilities:
* On-site inspection of Nutrition Clubs / offer directions 
* Monitoring the Nutrition Clubs in daily basis
* Handling Nutrition Club files
* Following up on reports of Nutrition Club operational violations

negotiation skills

& enthusiastic, with a hands on working style
* Able
to work independently
* Able
to work on an International scale
* Able
to set own priorities, takes the initiative and cope with a Manager in another
country
* Ability
to multi task but still attends to detail and focus on important issues
* Ability
to meet deadlines works under pressure and handle stress, working in a fast
& demanding pace environment
* Positive
& professional attitude, customer service orientated
* Excellent
knowledge of MS office, Words, Excel, Power Point, E-mail & Internet
 
Responsibilities:
·         Organize
corporate Sales events locally and internationally.
·         Coordinate
all communication internally and externally especially related to events and
promotions.
·         Responsible
for regularly Sales report locally and regionally following the company’s
standard.
·         The
Sales Coordinator must take lead in distributing local and international Sales
events, promotions information and collect useful information and feedback from
distributors.
·         Review
and evaluate all Sales and Communication activities for better performance next
time and get the learning.
