Sebuah Perusahaan Multinasional Tambang Batubara berlokasi di Kalimantan Tengah dan telah berproduksi dengan ijin PKP2B, membutuhkan beberapa tenaga kerja professional dinamis & kreatif, mempunyai track record bagus di bidangnya, untuk bergabung dan berkembang bersama kami, dengan posisi dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :

1. Barging Dept Head

• Merencanakan, mengelola, dan mengontrol proses persiapan data untuk pemuatan batubara ke dalam kapal, dengan Berkoordinasi Shipping dan Marketing Department (misal: jadwal pelayaran, jumlah batu-bara yang akan dimuat, jadwal dan jenis kapal tongkang, maupun tug boat yang akan dipergunakan, informasi kondisi cuaca dan tingkat eleveasi air dan lain-lain);
• Merencanakan, mengelola dan monitor proses persiapan dokumen-dokumen perijinan untuk perjalananan kapal tongkang dari Jamut ke terminal stockpile (misal: dokumen Bukti Lapor Pergerakan Kapal Laut, Surat Persetujuan Melintasi Jembatan Bentang Panjang dan Surat Ijin Berlayar);
• Mengelola dan monitor seluruh proses pemuatan batu bara ke dalam kapal, termasuk memonitor jadwal dan jangka waktu tambat kapal tongkang, kesesuaian jadwal pemuatan (loading) batu bara, jumlah batu bara yang dimuat, jenis kapal tongkang, maupun tug boat yang dipergunakan dengan berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor dan memberikan teguran kepada kontraktor apabila melakukan hal-hal yang tidak sesuai dengan schedule yg telah disepakati sesuai dengan tingkat kewenangan
• Mengelola dan monitor proses pemberian informasi mengenai perjalanan batu bara dari site (Jamut) ke lokasi penyimpanan (stock pile) batu bara, misalnya memantau tingkat elevasi air, kondisi cuaca, kondisi kesiapan kapal dan lain-lain.
• Mengelola, mengkoordinasi dan memonitor proses draught survey ( pemeriksaan dan perhitungan jumlah muatan batu bara) oleh pihak ketiga pada saat loading dan unloading batubara;
• Memeriksa kebenaran dan kesesuaian data antara hasil survey dan laporan barge status terkait dengan jumlah, jenis, maupun kontaminasi muatan batu bara, serta menyusun laporan re-draft survey
• Merencanakan, mengelola, dan memonitor proses pembongkaran (unloading) muatan batu bara dari kapal tongkang di site agar sesuai dengan jadwal yg telah disetujui; Melaksanakan diskusi dengan Operation Manager dan memberikan usulan mengenai lokasi penyimpanan stockpile batu bara berdasarkan arahan dari atasan
• Merencanakan, mengelola dan memonitor kegiatan assist tug dalam mendampingi/ mengawal perjalanan kapal tongkang sampai dengan titik aman berikutnya; Memonitor keamanan muatan batu bara melalui komunikasi dengan kapten kapal;
• Merencanakan, mengelola dan monitor proses persiapan data (contoh: jadwal loading unloading, jumlah batu bara, kondisi kapal, kondisi elevasi air dan cuaca, dan lain-lain) dan menyusun laporan kegiatan loading undloading batu bara
• Memeriksa laporan barge status ( ie. tongkang yang sedang dalam perjalanan yang menuju Terminal Stockpile, jumlah tongkang yang tidak berisi muatan, total cargo on barge, total stock batubara keseluruhan di lokasi stockpile, dll),
• Memeriksa laporan pemakaian BBM assist tug, dan memberikan input apabila terjadi penyimpangan dari kontrak yg sudah disepakati
• Memberikan rekomendasi atau solusi bilamana timbul permasalahan dengan kapal tongkang selama dalam perjalanan menuju dari CCP menuju ke stockpile dengan berkoordinasi dnegan department terkait, serta melakukan pengambilan keputusan sesuai dengan tingkat kewenangan

Kualifikasi Umum :
- Lebih disukai pria, usia min 30 th
- pengalaman min 5 th, dengan 3 tahun di level supervisor di bidang yang sama dalam industry / perusahaan sejenis
- Pendidikan min Ilmu Pelayaran
- Lebih disukai memiliki Ijasah ANT III
- Menguasai istilah-istilah dalam barging & shipping (misal : draught survey, assist tug, dll), termasuk dokumen2 yang diperlukan dalam shipping
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris, min pasif

2. Technical Support Manager

• To plan, manage, and monitor mine operation and its alignment to MGMs long-term mine exploitation plan, and long term exploration plan, matching mine exploitation fit with feasibility study; and prepare and organized workplan budget ( RKAB) every year
• Monitor and evaluate short-term and long-term mine operations implementation (from exploitation, exploration, production, coal handling; aware with environment and safety); provide feedback if discrepancies occurs and problem solving within his level authority
• Prepare (i.e. identify, analyze and provide) and monitor report of operational plan against its implementation;
• Review operational cost reports from Mining Operation and Barging & Shipping Function, as well as on appropriateness other relevant project plans;);
• Identify, analyze, and recommend own units operational (related with working process and procedures) improvement;
• Recommend own units strategic improvement to Head of External Affairs & Community Development
• Review companys quarterly mining operations, quarterly environmental monitoring report, and other reports as appropriate, Provide feedback to report author if discrepancies occurs and problem solving within his level authority;
• Compile and collect data from each functions to prepare draft of RKAB and submit the final RKAB document to Head of External Affairs & Community Development for final review and approval;
• As a member of MGM team; present RKAB report to Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources;
• Review companys annual reclamation activities report as appropriate and Provide feedback to report author if discrepancies occurs and problem solving within his level authority;
• Plan and manage routine Non-Government Organization Reports (by engaging external consultant in developing environment report, checking the results, and advise improvement i.e. AMDAL report, Feasibility Study report, Mine Closure Planning report)
• As a member of MGM team to communicate, provide technical data and document to external parties ( ie. BPK, Government mining consultant )
• Prepare and develop report related with mining operational permit ( i.e. pinjam pakai, reclamation, mine closure, etc)
• Communicate and negotiate with government to get update relevant information and regulation
• Provide feedback if discrepancies occurs and problem solving within his level authority
• Familiar with role of Coal Mine Regulation – Enviromental Regulation – Forestry Regulation – Contract Between Gov with Company ( PKP2B Contract) :

Kualifikasi Umum :
• Familiar with stage of Coal Exploration, : mapping – drilling – coal sampling – recommendation coal quality analysis for preparing data for JORC Compliance
• Have strong geological background related for coal exploration (coal basin knowledge)
• Have good knowledge of coal quality ( include steaming and coking coal), coal petrology, sedimentology etc.
• Understand goal of take rock sample for NAG test within core drilling
• Familiar with stage of coal mine operation ; related with impact assessment with environmental issues
• Familiar with coal handling facility ; fifo operation, coal blending to maka consistent quality
• Familiar with coal washability analysis for basic studi for coal preparation plant
• Have strategic planning for long term planning, related with forestry regulation issues (pinjam pakai, IPK etc)
• Familiar with Gov regulation related for coal sale ; HBA (harga batubara acuan), coal sale to affiate company
• Have good communication skill ; particularly with external relation ( gov, local gov, LSM / NGO, journalist/wartawan) )
• Familiar with Construction Project Management Service
• Have a good knowledge for manage Revision of Feasibility study and AMDAL , for increase production.
• Min bachelor Degree on Mining/geology

3. Coal Crushing Plant Superintendent (CCP)

Key Accountabilities :
• Menguasai Crushing Plant Construction, Operation & Maintenance.
• Dapat membuat jadwal aktivitas dan target kerja produksi.
• Dapat mengoperasikan crushing equipment
• Terbiasa mengatur ROM coal blending dan product stockpile untuk proses dan pengapalan sesuai dengan target yang ditentukan.
• Memahami proses pemuatan batubara ke tongkang
• Memiliki skill dan pengetahuan dalam analisa batubara, proses pencampuran batubara (coal blending), pengoperasian alat berat, genset, dll)
• Terbiasa dengan system kerja shift
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan kontraktor maupun masyarakat sekitar.
• Familiar dengan management stockpile batubara.

Spesific Requirements :
- Lebih disukai pria, usia min 35 th
- Minimal pendidikan S1 dari Universitas terkemuka, diutamakan dari tehnik pertambangan/metalurgi
- Pengalaman min 5 tahun pada perusahaan manufacturing / industri, dan lebih disukai pengalaman pada perusahaan Tambang batu bara

4. Operation Jr. Supervisor

• Mempersiapkan, memonitor dan melaksanakan kegiatan bongkar muat batu bara, termasuk kesiapan peralatan operasional (misal : kesiapan conveyor belt, jib crane, excavator, dozer, dll) yang dipergunakan selama proses bongkar muat, kesiapan kapal tongkang, kesiapan lokasi stockpile dan termasuk koordinasi dengan department lain terkait seperti barging, HSE, kontraktor pemilik kapal, dll dengan memperhatikan prosedur HSE yang berlaku

Key Accountabilities :

• Melakukan dan memonitor proses pengeboran sesuai dengan titik pengeboran yang telah ditentukan untuk pengambilan sampel batu bara dengan bekerja sama dengan kontraktor;
• Memonitor proses pengambilan sampel batu bara dan mengirimkannya ke Lab untuk dianalisis kandungan batu bara

Responsibilities:

DESIGN ENGINEERS

URGENT JOB REQUIREMENT

Farabi Petrochemicals Company is one of the largest petrochemical companies in Saudi Arabia located at Al-Jubail Industrial City, is seeking of eligible candidates for the following key position :

Note: Company provides Accommodation allowance, Transportation allowance, Medical care, One month Annual vacation with Air ticket to the point of origin.

CHARTERING PLANNER

Qualifications:
• Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Chartering of Ships.
• Work experience in a large to medium sized Petrochemical / Chemical industry or a Trading firm, handling shipment of chemicals in reasonable volumes is a pre-requisite.
• Shipping Contract interpretation and able to negotiate in case of any claim from Insurance company on cargo Insurance.
• Must have analytical skills
• SAP or experience in any other ERP environment will be an advantage.
• Should be able to speak and write in English.

Should have exposure In the following:
• Vessel qualification & acceptance procedures.
• INCO TERMS and the related contractual responsibilities & Obligations.
• Liaison with Ship brokering channels and major vessel operators
• Port Terminal restrictions and Port cor~1itions of various ports.
• Demurrage calculations on bulk shipments chartering, Flexi, ISO containers.
• Documentation requirements for export shipments to various geographies.
• Identifications and understanding of Customs Duty/Tariffs of various geographical location and forms required to get exemptions.
• UCP 600 Credit terms and associated contractual responsibilities & Obligations.
• Familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and their importance of the information provided in MSDS.
