Job Description

* Attend all mandatory training, workshop, meeting, and socialization sessions and ensure notes are clear and identify the key points and information relevant to the participants i.e. Identify suitable, to-the-point questions targeted to the speakers, in case no questions come from the audience.

* To check format of notes with Chairman / Procurement Manager after first note-taking session and agree format / quality required i.e. Are familiar with the speakers / Facilitator, their bio data and their names, meet before the session to define the plan or strategy they will use to run the session, ensuring an interesting exchange of information with the active participation of the audience.

* To review notes at the end of each event and ensure they are in a suitable accessible format for the Participant, specifying:

* Status of the key issues and objectives, recommendation and action plan, and a summary of regional main specificities and characteristics

* Take (and type up) notes of key Statements and Recommendations

* Ensure confidentiality of IAFCP information

* Adhere to guidelines provided

Qualifications and experience

1 Degree in a relevant subject area, for example be able to follow specific Climate Change/ REDD+ information and identify the key information.

2 Active listening skills to take thorough notes of the events.

3 Good note taking skills, following a logical format as requested.

4 Proficient typist, adequate spelling and writing skill.

Samsung User Experience Center America (UXCA) is seeking an industrial
designer with strong and diverse experience in electronic and non-
electronic products to have a leading role in development of next-
generation mobile and tablet products.
At Samsung UXCA, we are building a world class design studio that is
charged with developing the roadmap for next generation Samsung Mobile
and Tablet products. This position reports to the Director of Enabling
Technologies, and sits within UXCA's Mobile Product and Services Labs
in San Jose, California.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design vision and roadmap for a mobile product line.
• Collaborate with and manage design resources across the Samsung
family to drive concept exploration, design resolution, and prototyping.
• Manage in-house and out-of-house prototyping services to create
aesthetic and functional prototypes.
• Develop and maintain an expertise in every level of technical
integration within mobile and tablet product development, by visiting
Samsung factories, and maintaining close relationships with the

Requirements:
• BFA in Industrial Design
• 10+ years experience in product-focused industrial design practice.
• Strong 3D-modeling skills in Solidworks, Pro-E or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical-design skills, with experience in designing for
tight and complex geometric constraints.
• Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: mobile
product development, consumer electronics, integrated product
development (with electronic sub-systems), non-electronic consumer
goods, vehicle design, appliance design.
• Direct experience designing for and managing a rapid-prototyping
process.
• Excellent design portfolio.
• Passion and commitment to learn about new domains, processes,
capabilities.
• Passion for working with a highly multidisciplinary team on
ambitious products.
• Up to 25% travel, some international.

Senior Mechanical Engineer
The candidate should be a graduate from reputable University with the following qualifications:

-         Under general supervision, performs all conventional aspects of the functional area subject matter. Devises new approaches to problems encountered. -         Performs work which involves conventional engineering practice but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements.
 
-         Provides technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
 
-         Work requires a broad knowledge of precedents, responsible for leadership of a functional area on a small project or a segment of a larger project. As the lead, plans, budgets, organizes, coordinates and controls the project and is responsible for employee performance appraisals and for coaching and developing lower level professionals.
 
-         Certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer is preferred

fungsi dan aktifitas seluruh lini/Departemen dengan penekanan pada lini
Sales dan Marketing. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE bertanggung jawab untuk mengikuti
setiap pelatihan serta penugasan yang diberikan selama masa pelatihan dan
setelahnya. Selama masa pelatihan, peserta akan dievaluasi dengan ketat
dalam setiap aktifitas kelas, diskusi, presentasi serta karya tulis.
Pembekalan dan evaluasi para peserta MANAGEMENT TRAINEE akan dilakukan oleh
para mentor yang berasal dari tim Senior Manajemen hingga Direksi. Peserta
akan mengikuti pelatihan kelas dan pelatihan kerja baik dilapangan maupun
aktifitas kantor dengan langsung beraktifitas, bekerja dan bertanggung
jawab pada setiap jabatan yang diemban secara rotasi didalam program ini.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE yang berhasil akan mendapat pengarahan, pembinaan dan
penempatan pada posisi kunci dilingkungan Perusahaan.

*KUALIFIKASI*

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE yang terpilih adalah seorang Putra - Putri lulusan
Universitas / Sekolah Tinggi / Institut Negeri dan Swasta Terbaik di
Indonesia, tahun kelulusan 2010 – 2011, berusia maksimal 25 tahun yang
memiliki potensi kualitas pribadi yang baik seperti: Memiliki Indeks
Prestasi (IP) minimum 3,00; Aktif dalam organisasi kampus dan kepemudaan;
Senang belajar; Memiliki potensi memimpin; Berintegritas dan berkarakter;
