General Work Description
will report to Branch Manager and Country
Managerand working with Purchasing, Warehousing,
Accounting and Export Departmentsto supervise the
Quality Departmentin conducting their duties and to provide the Correct
Quality Manner to all the Coffee Puchases, Storages, Processes and Exports. Responsible
for managing all Quality Controlrelated activities. 
 
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the Quality Analysis Procedure applied
in sampling correctly to all coffee deliveries at the warehouse in respective
times manner. Coordinate the warehouse Manager for proper arrangements of
Stored Coffee to avoid deterioration in Coffee Quality and weight. Ensure the
correct specification and quality standards meet the Customers requirements and
comply to company Standards and Indonesia Coffee Export Association (AEKI).
Monitor the export stages and shipments in line with the Customers inquiries.
Supervise and train the quality staff, responsible on their work performances.
Create a proper database and provide details on Customer Requirements.
 
REQUIREMENTS
Experiences in analysis of Asalan and Coffee
Export
Recent / current experiences with Lampung
based coffee exporters
Highly organized, meticulous and able to work
productively, efficiently and effectively.
Possess relevant IT skills in MS Office applications and
report.
Fluent in English spoken and written
