gaining business partners commitment to create opportunities within chosen
segments and ensuring overall business partner satisfaction.
3. Travelling to visit potential clients
4. Supporting division by attending trade shows, conferences and
other supporting event
5. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a
product will meet client needs
6. Liaising with other members of division and other technical
expert
 
Are you the One with this
qualification?
1. Bachelor degree in engineering/IT with min GPA 2.8 (from
4.00)
2. Have knowledge and technical experience in LAN/WAN and
hardware troubleshooting
3. Knowledge of programming would be an advantage
4. Minimum 2 years of proven track records in direct/channel
sales
5. Good communication and networking skill
6. Proficient level both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
7. Proactive, initiative, result oriented, and problem solver

Indonesian Consortium for Religious Studies (ICRS-Yogya) and the Center for Religious and Cross-cultural Studies (CRCS), Graduate School, Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta, Indonesia is recruiting for the post of :

INTERNATIONAL SCHOLAR HOST (ENGLISH & BAHASA INDONESIA), 1 (one) position

The post holder will work under the Academic Department of ICRS-Yogya and CRCS, mainly in ensuring that our international scholars (student, lecturer, researcher, visiting guest) legal documentation (visa and permit) are managed to Gadjah Mada University’s formal standards, as well as facilitating them with cultural adjustment and organizing excursion programs if necessary.

Key duties of this post include:

· Help arrange appropriate visa applications (Tourist Visa, VKSB, VITAS, etc.) including study, research or work permits of ICRS & CRCS international scholars.

. Help arrange appropriate local documentation (KITAS, STM, SKLD, SKPPS, etc.) including exit permits of ICRS & CRCS international scholars.

· Intensively communicate with ICRS & CRCS international scholars and with UGM International Office, the Indonesian Immigration Department and other government offices regarding visa & permit process.

· Help ICRS and CRCS students who are planning an exchange or sandwich program, to deal with visa process.

. Organize a supplemental orientation program for new international students to ICRS & CRCS during the student orientation and registration week.

· Organize excursion programs for Henry Luce Exchange students.

. Assist the Academic Coordinator in the academic administration work.


Required Qualifications:

· Excellent spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
· Minimum D3 or S1 degree
· Willingness and ability to work with people from all over the world.
· Excellent communication (communicative, dynamic and open minded personality)
· Able to work under own initiative as well as within a team in a multicultural environment.

Salary: To be determined based on qualifications
