Job Description:
-Able to create document management concept, document flow and be
responsible to the whole document flow.
-Able to manage the document team
-Responsible to and Coordinate with the Project Manager
-Collect, checking, controlling and maintain database of Project
documents.
-Make Project Documents Report.
-Coordination to the project customer

Requirements:
Minimum S1 in administrative or secretary / economic / management.
Has minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in documentation project
Proficient in English
Familiar with all of the telecommunication project documentation process
such as SITAC document, PLN Document, BAST document, BAUT Document, etc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Proactive and good team player.
Excellent in providing and controlling document database efficiently &
effectively: accurate, update & completeness.
Computer literate, excellent skill in operating MS. Office (especially Ms.
Excel).
Highly motivated, positive attitude and strong initiative.

Maintenance/  Mechanical Supervisor
Perform mechanical and engineering work for the company, coffee processing equipment operationand monitoring as well
other duties related to maintenance, mechanical engineering and fabrication in a factoryenvironment.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems to ensure that there are no breakdowns or disruptions in the production processes
* Conducting regular inspection and maintenance of all the machinery in the facility
* Ensuring that all safety norms and regulations are adhered to
* Planning maintenance and service activities in a way that the process of production does not get hampered
* Keeping a record of all service, maintenance and refurbishing works carried out on the machinery
* Ensuring that the machinery and equipments are being used to full capacity and that production is optimum
* Design, and fabricateequipment internally or monitor external fabrication contractors
* Providing feedback and suggestions for process and equipment improvement.
* Providing engineering training and technical assistance to the department.
* Supervises plant maintenance personnel

EDUCATION, PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SPECIALIZED
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
·         University Degree with minimum 3 years ofmechanical and or electrical engineeringexperiences
