PT Indo CafCo is currently seeking a results-oriented individual to fill the
following position based in Bandar Lampung – Indonesia:

INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGER
 
The Inventory Control Manager reporting to the Branch Manager and
working with Purchasing, Quality, Warehousing, Accounting and Export
Departments, will be responsible for managing all inventory control related
activities. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·                     Weekly and monthly
stock checks
·                     Monitoring and
recording all incoming and outgoing inventory
·                     Monitoring and
recording all internal movements and changes of inventory
·                     Recording of data on
a daily basis, reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
·                     Maintaining and
improving internal systems for labelling, monitoring, controlling, reconciling
and reporting.  Accuracy and timeliness
is the key
·                     Write and maintain
SOP's for all inventory control processes

·                     Ensure method of
storing of inventory is correct for accurate checking and general tidiness
·                     Responsible for all
weight scale maintenance and calibration. 
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
·                     Degree
holderfrom reputable University. Those
with relevant experience in Inventory control will be considered.
·               Minimum
2-3 years of experience in inventory control or related position.
·                Prefer to
have commodity experience ideally in coffee (arabica or robusta)
·                     Hard
working person, Highly organized, meticulous and able to work productively,
efficiently and effectively with initiative
·                     Computer
literate, posses relevant IT skills in MS Office applications, specialised
stock or database systems
·               Speak and write a good English
·                Willingness to be hands on
·                                 Local recruitment only (Bandar Lampung - Indonesia),
relocation will not be facilitated.
