JOB QUALIFICATION:

S-1 from Psychology Discipline
with some emphasis on Human Resources Management (preferably from State-owned University)Young
& dynamic , proactive , initiative person.Intermediate knowledge and
understanding of human resources management, methods, practices, concepts,
principles, and procedures. Understanding and familiar with
government laws and regulations regarding human resources practice.Basic knowledge of and skill in
applying methods, principles, and practices of the Human Resources (HR)
field such as recruitment and placement, employee relation, training
development, performance appraisal, career planning and employee benefit. Good knowledge in and able to
conduct Psychological testsAbility to establish and
maintain effective working relationships with employees.Ability to analyze and solve
problems. Ability to give training /
presentation to the employeeStrong interpersonal and
communication skills.Have good supervisory skills.Good
command in English is a MUST.Can work under pressure, minimum supervision,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·     Arranging and preparing for employees’ recruitment,
induction and other matters related to HR function;

and execute all recruitment activities under very close interface with relevant

They are seeking for qualified candidates to fill in a position as:

Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

Track and monitor inventory levels to prevent any stock outs or back orders
Monitor and adjust inventory turnover ratios to optimal performance levels
Assist in managing cost saving initiatives with relation to inventory management and warehousing costs
Negotiate terms and contracts with external suppliers for goods and services
Liaise with all government officials in order to facilitate quick, cost effect and efficient customs clearance
Work tightly with company’s manufacturing to ensure products are ordered correctly and arrive in time
Liaise with government and customs officials in order to fast track customs clearance procedures and processes
Work closely with warehouse manager in facilitating the customs clearance procedures
Partnership with sales and marketing to forecast product flow and availability for standard and promotional items
Proactively notify management of any supply chain related issues identifying available solutions

Requirements:

2+ years experience with supply chain responsibilities
Strong project management skills and experience
Proactive in identifying problems and recommending solutions
Ability to extract and forecast trends and data across multiple systems
Strong negotiation and partnership skills
Strong IT skills with inventory management and ERP systems
SAP experience a plus
Excellent communication skills including English oral and written communication
