PAYROLL & COMPENSATION EXECUTIVE
                                                                 
Main
responsibilities:
* End to end in processing of selected (weekly, fortnightly and monthly) payroll(s).
* Prepare staff and salary, related reports and employment letters.
·         Calculate and make payroll, pay slips, transfer
reports and prepare letter of transfer to the account bank each employee.
* Calculation and payment of termination payments.
* Undertaking required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting. Incl. creates reports and payment to Jamsostek, overtime reports etc (as required based on company needs).
* Responsible for the system, procedural, and process payroll, income tax (Including PPh 21) in accordance with applicable rules and policies of the company.
* Handle employee benefit administration and payment.
* On-going maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system (if applicable).
* Updating and maintaining payroll records.
* Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
* Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime, shift allowances etc.
* Payroll administration, eg. filing, setting up new starters.
 
Qualifications:
* Male/Femalewith age max. 35 years old.
* Min. Bachelor's degree from any related field.
* Has min. 3 yearsexperience in Human Resource, with function of Payroll / Compensation and Benefit (preferable have an experience in oil & gas industries).
* Understanding Procedural Payroll in general, and able to make more effective SOP.
* Good knowledge about payroll system, tax PPh 21 and labor regulation.
* Accustomed with salary survey and understand the method.
* Diligent, rigorous, consistency, tidy, initiativeinterpersonaland has ability to work under pressure within tight deadline.
* Strong in detail, good analytical thinking, and well organized.
* Good filling and Administration skill.
* Goodcommand of verbal and writtenin English, and Effective use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point is required.

1. Administration Coordinator

Gambaran umum pekerjaan

Mengelola dan memastikan kegiatan administrasi dan tugas kesekretariatan
kantor Perhimpunan Burung Indonesia berjalan sesuai standar prosedur yang
berlaku. Memastikan seluruh pengadaan kebutuhan kantor termasuk pencatatan,

Kualifikasi

. Latar belakang pendidikan minimum D3 program studi manajemen,
administrasi, atau yang relevan;

Kualifikasi

. Latar belakang pendidikan minimum S1 terutama dalam bidang
Informatika atau Ilmu Komputer atau yang relevan;

. Diutamakan menguasai bahasa pemrograman terutama PHP/python dan
database seperti mysql;

. Berpengalaman mengelola CMS seperti Joomla atau Drupal;

. Memiliki ketertarikan dalam konservasi pelestarian alam;

. Berpengalaman kerja dalam bidangnya minimun 3 (tiga) tahun;

. Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan dengan baik;

3. Legal and Personnel Officer

Gambaran umum pekerjaan

Mengelola berbagai aspek personalia dan administrasi legal. Termasuk

Membantu penyiapan dokumen legal terkait.

Kualifikasi

. Latar belakang pendidikan S1 Psikologi (Program Profesi
Psikologi), Hukum Bisnis, atau ilmu sosial yang relevan;

. Memiliki kemampuan dalam proses rekrutmen, training staf, metode
penilaian kinerja, scoring dan interpretasi psikologi;

. Pengalaman di bidangnya minimal 3 (tiga) tahun (lebih diutamakan
