Supply Chain Management Officer ("SCM")
ROLE PURPOSE   
 
-           Under The Head of Finance & Operation supervisions, the main job responsibility is to ensure effective alignment, planning  and  implementation of the supply chain tactical plans and information so that customer deliveries can be affected and  delivered on time, to ensure a cost effective procurement.
 
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
•          Ensure that demand planning is accurate, fit to the sales forecast and required stocks month cover.
•          Ensure that all customer requirements are met and delivered timorously and in a cost  effective manner.
•          Implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new product  launch.
•          Ensure Suppliers are providing the best possible service to the Company.
•          Coordination with the forwarder company and overseeing arrival of shipments.
•          Ensure that negotiations and other local Supplier dealings adhere to the Code of Conduct and all Procurement  procedures.
•          Ensure that stock levels are optimal, and products material and parts are maintained at all times.
•          Ensure that the system is always an accurate reflection of incoming, existing and outgoing stock.
•          Ensure that monthly stock status reports indicate an accurate investment in stock, stock losses, stock outs and availability to meet delivery commitments.
•       Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, regulatory, finance, quality assurance, and warehouse logistic.
 
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
 
•          Must be a Bachelor degree  in any academic subject.
•          Minimum  3 years experience in supply chain management and expert in import process.
•          Understand all relates import-export documents should be in place.
•          High proficiency in computer literacy particularly in excel and other in-house system.
•          Fluent (oral & writing) in English.
•          Team player,  have the ability to work in a pressurized environment, with exceptional  problem solving and customer  relationship skills
•          Have the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels.
•          Good decision-making skills, a proactive approach and the ability to adapt and react quickly   to change within the sales trend and customer requirements are further attributes of the ideal candidate.

ROLE PURPOSE   

- Under The Head of Finance & Operation supervisions, the main job responsibility is to provide support to finance department on financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cost control and analysis ( including management reporting, presentations, capital planning, investment analysis, project reviews, and other ad hoc financial analysis ). There are also particular cases to handle some accounting roles when is required.
 
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
•       Assist Head of Finance & Operation in verifying and control company operational expenses according to company budget and Novindo Accounting Manual,  as well as all develop and ensure all  SOP's are implemented within the company
•       In coordination with Operation in monitoring Company' KPI related to Operation.  
•        Manage and review all contract agreement such transfer pricing, distribution agreement, and    term condition that in-line with business conduct and company value.
•       Liaise effectively with finance and non-finance partner and key stakeholders across the company.
•        Provide cash management support to Head of Finance & Operation to be able runs operational excellent of company.
•        Assist Head of Finance & Operation to prepare and provide Monthly Business Performance Report , and P&L analysis.
•        Prepare and monitor analysis report of  marketing, sales, & special campaign regularly.
•        Prepare and provide Forecast accuracy analysis regularly.
•        Assist Head of Finance & Operation  to prepare and provide Annual Budget, Latest Estimate  timely and accurate.
•        Provide any necessary report analysis, project and other commercial needs as required by management.
 
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
 
•          Must be a Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting or a Master's degree equivalent.
•          Minimum  has 3 – 4 year experience for junior or assistant manager in accounting, BPA, or finance or similar position.
•          High proficiency in computer literacy: Excel, PowerPoint, understand IT and accounting in-house system will be advantages.
•          Fluent (oral & writing) in English.
•          Capability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities.
•          Team player, willing to work under tight deadline and under minimum supervision.
•          Analytical and problem-solving skills.
