1.    SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME) â€" Operations and Maintenance
 
Responsibilities:
* Working with a technical writer to develop content for operating and maintenance procedures; using your process knowledge and site-specific engineering information.
* Reporting project progress to the Project Manager.
* Contacting client and vendor representatives to obtain and clarify technical information; working remotely and during on-site visits.

Qualifications:

2.     ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities
• Lead and control all Contractors’ Off-site Engineering activities during Contract period.
• Establish and maintain good alignment among engineering disciplines, 3D modeling team, project controls and document control to meet Company’s expectation during performance of Services. This shall include but not limited to: internal squad check system to ensure quality of deliverable prior to submission to Company, work completion on budget & schedule, proper engineering document & data management, etc.
• Work closely with Company during execution of Off-site Engineering Services, which shall include but not limited to: facilitating work proposal review process to achieve mutual agreement in timely manner, resolving related problems in timely manner, execution of regular lessons learned session to document best practices & improvement opportunities, etc.
• Ensure all systems, processes and procedures for execution of Off-site Engineering Services are consistently and well implemented to meet Company’s expectation during Contract period.
• Interface with relevant professional organizations to get information on “state of the art” technologies/knowledge related to the performance of Engineering Services.
• Execute continuous mentoring program from senior to junior personnel during performance of Off-site Engineering Services, including tracking of its effectiveness and documenting the results.
• Report to and assist Manager Engineering for executing Off-site Engineering Services during the Contract period.
Qualifications:  
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.

Responsibilities • Development of design drawings by using CADD in accordance with their function and objective as directed by Contractor’s Designer.
Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering diploma degree (D3) with 4 years working experience or senior high school graduate (SMU) with 8 years working experience, both in design drafting by using CADD.
• Minimum 3 years of which (with D3 degree) or 6 years of which (for SMU graduate), working for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall be skilled to use CADD baseline software: Intergraph Micro station version 8i.
 
 
9.      SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER  INSTRUMENTATION
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and complete discipline engineering design, coordinate Contractors activities in development of related discipline engineering deliverables
• Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning, if its required by Company to support Companys related projects.
• Work closely with Companys user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.
• Provide mentoring on related engineering discipline aspects to Contractors Design Engineers to enhance their competency.
Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in related engineering discipline works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, with minimum 3 years of which at senior engineer position.

10.     COST ESTIMATOR
Responsibilities
1) Perform cost estimating as part of the overall deliverable package for Customer
2) Prepare individual project Total Installed Cost (TIC) estimates at or above Class 3 (L: -10% - -20%; H: +10% - +30%) by using budgetary quotations for major equipment and by referring to historical data and/or appropriate cost benchmarks and/or professional judgment.
3) Work closely with Company and Companys contractors during performance of cost estimating & control services for Companys projects
4) Develop and maintain Contractors processes and procedures related with cost estimating & control.
5) Prepare detailed cost estimate for project execution covering all associated cost components (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, project overheads, etc.)
Requirements
1) The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in cost estimating & control, with minimum 4 years of which are for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities
