Accounts Payable Supervisor
 
Main responsibilities:
 
1.    Develop the inhouse AP/AR Division of the company
2.    Assist in the preparation of invoices and timely
payment of invoices with subcontractors, and contract counter parties.
3.    Review and develop systems for ensuring best business
practice as part of the AP/AR function.
4.    To support the Management and Directors and the
Company in ad hoc finance, tax and other finance related projects from to time.

·         Support Biz
units on collecting supporting documents for Invoice production
·         Together
with Project Manager, liaise with the Clients and maintain good communication
with them.
·         On some
extent, if deemed capable, assist the team for invoice production.
 
Qualifications:
·         Malewith max. 30years old.
·         No specific
educational background and experience required but accounting, finance or
business administration will have advantage to be hired permanently. Fresh graduates
are preferred, while 1-2 year experienced people are still acceptable.
·         The position
will be on 6-month contract basis, with entry level as Junior Executive (Grade
13). But there is possibility for permanent employment based on performance and
capability.
·         Prefer to
have their own vehicle/motorcycle, but we will provide the transportation but
if it will be an advantage if they have their own vehicle/motorcycle.

* Support in the preparation of tender, including pre and post project tender
* Analyze and understand the tender document requirements and subsequently preparing and/or collecting all the administration, technical and commercial documents and other supporting documents to ensure the completeness of tender submission.
* Maintain daily tender announcements and follow up with related departments for tender registration.
* Manage administrative documents within the project/tender department (delivery slip, letter in, letter out, copy of contracts and submitted tender documents).
