* Male, minimum 30 years old
* Education : S1 majoring in Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferable
* Should have minimum 4 years of experience in Trading Company with 3 years experience in Management  level

Lowongan Kerja di Sekretariat Pengurus Besar AMAN

AMAN adalah organisasi masyarakat adat yang anggotanya terdiri dari
komunitas-komunitas Masyarakat Adat. AMAN didirikan pada tanggal 17 Maret
1999 di Jakarta. Pengurus Besar AMAN berada di Ibukota Negara Republik
Indonesia. Kedaulatan AMAN ada di tangan anggota dan dilaksanakan sepenuhnya
melalui Kongres Masyarakat Adat Nusantara, atau disingkat KMAN.

Dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, saat ini kami membutuhkan
kandidat terbaik untuk menduduki posisi :



1. Staf Administrasi dan IT



Kriteria:

1. Minimal D3 Manajemen Informatika

2. Lebih disukai yang Fresh Graduate

3. Memahami cara pengarsipan dan penginventarisan AMAN

4. Mampu mengatur perjalanan dinas dan pemesanan tiket perjalanan

5. Familiar dengan system operasi linux

6. Familiar dengan mikrotik OS

7. Mampu melakukan troubleshoot network

8. Memahami cara kerja server linux

9. Familiar dengan linux/unix terminal

10. Memahami QoS dan Firewall

11. Memahami Jaringan dan troubleshoot komputer (hardware/software)



Tugas dan Fungsi:

1. Bertanggung jawab untuk tugas perjalanan dinas seluruh staf
termasuk pemesanan tiket dan VISA (luar negeri)

2. Bertanggung jawab dengan maintenance jaringan internet dan
maintenance server

3. Bertanggung jawab melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan komputer di
kantor jika mengalami kerusakan.

4. Mendata dan menjaga kelengkapan inventaris AMAN

5. Membantu mengorganisir rapat/pertemuan staff dengan pihak
internal dan eksternal





2. Staff Informasi Publik (Public Information Officer)



Kriteria :

1. Memiliki pengalaman bekerjasama dan berjaringan dengan media

2. Memiliki pengalaman memobilisasi media

3. Berkomitmen untuk pemberitaan tentang masyarakat adat.

4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal.

5. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai reporter media massa.

6. Memahami penulisan jurnalistik dan fotografi jurnalistik.

7. Mampu menulis berita (news dan feature) serta rilis pers.

8. Dapat mengambil inisiatif peliputan.

9. Menyertakan contoh tulisan yang pernah dipublikasikan.

10. Siap dan sanggup bekerja di ruang dan waktu yang fleksibel.



Tugas dan Fungsi :

1. Menulis berita setiap kegiatan AMAN.

2. Berkordinasi dengan Biro Infokom PW dan PD untuk penulisan
berita komunitas.

3. Menulis feature setidaknya sekali sepekan.

4. Menulis rilis pers sesuai kebutuhan organisasi.

5. Membangun jaringan dengan para jurnalis media mainstream.

6. Mobilisasi para jurnalis media mainstream dalam event-event yang
diselenggarakan AMAN

7. Siaga melayani permintaan para jurnalis sesuai hasil kordinasi
dengan Direktur Infokom.

8. Mematuhi tenggat penulisan.





3. Staff Penanggungjawab Website AMAN :



Kriteria :

1. Lulusan d3 system informatika, perempuan fresh graduate dengan
kapasitas

2. Familiar dengan CMS Wordpress

3. Memahami seluk beluk Hosting

4. Mampu membuat aplikasi web berbasis PHP

5. Memahami Java (JQuaery, Javascript dkk)

6. Memahami RDBMS MySQL

7. Memahami OOP

8. Menunjukan hasil karya (portofolio)



Tugas dan Fungsi :

1. Memastikan kontent terupdate

2. Mengembangkan feature di website AMAN dan subdomainnya

3. Membangun aplikasi Website / RnD untuk pengayaan website

4. melakukan maintenance website (Update, Backup, dll)

5. Melakukan integrasi sistem
