HR EXECUTIVE
(TEMPORARY)
 
 
JOB DESCRIPTION :
·         Assist
on administration for recruitment
·         Responsible to processing Payroll include making
after payroll report of Jamsostek and PPh21, and payslip.
·         Insurance liaison : medical reimburstment claim
report submit to insurance, register and deletion changing employee status,
checking balance for insurance payment
·         Administrative support : create reference
letter, prepare outgoing letters, prepare headcount report, update employee
database, maintain employee database (softcopy and hardcopy)
·         Understand industrial labor law, people development and income tax art
21 will be advantage
·         Maintain daily and monthly
attendance report, include annual leave balance report
·         Maintan
employee database update
·         Filling
documents; office documents and employee documents
 
 
 
JOB REQUIREMENT :
·         Able to join immediately and willing to work as
temporary staff for 4-months
·         Minimum 3-years experience on HR & GA field
·         Bachelor degree from any major of
University/College, graduate from Psychology will be advantage
·         Proficient and active in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and
Powerpoint)

·         Good analytical and critical thinking.
·         Strong
working ethic, punctuality are essential
·         Eager to learn person, fast Learner, curious and
