Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Handle full set of Account Receivable role include chasing payment from customers, credit control, and issuing reminder letters.
• Handle full set of Account Payable role
• To handle daily accounting entries, payment, petty cash, banking and documentation.
• Maintaining proper filing system
• To perform all required data entry functions
• To check staff claims and company expenses
• To assist in any ad hoc task assigned (such Tax; Logistic; HR; and Office admin).

Qualifications
• Minimum degree holder in Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Finance & Accounting role.
• Ability to communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.

• Possess Passport would be an advantage

Computer Skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.

• Deep knowledge in MS Excel with strong planning and analytical skills
• Familiar with ACCPAC and/or Dynamics AX

Work Requirements
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with limited guidance
• Good team player and hard working with strong multitasking ability

Travel Requirements
