We are looking for professional individual to join our team as :

*ACCOUNTING & FINANCE ASSISTANT*

*Personal Requirements:*

- Male /Female, possessing D3/S1 degree with minimum 3 years working
experience in accounting / finance or related role.
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English.
- Experience using SAP is preferable

This role will provide administrative and Accounting / Finance support to
the Management Accountant, as well as perform general office duties.

*Role Requirements:*

- Checking and verifying the completeness of supplier invoices/faktur
pajak/DO & receipts for travel claims.
- Scanning and emailing supplier invoices to the responsible Manager to
ensure all supplier invoices are approved for invoices sent to the Jakarta
office.
- Coordinating with Surabaya office to ensure all PO invoices are
receipted in the system.
- Matching accounts payable with PO invoices.
- Inputting payments in webbank.
- Creating journal and data entries in the system SAP
- Handle petty cash
- Creating summaries of prepaid taxes/VAT In/VAT Out
- Creating summaries of prepaid self paid VAT from customers (WAPU) and
following up collection of the SSP Wapu from customers.
- Following up the collection of the PPH23 tax slip from customers.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding withholding tax receipts and sending
out withholding tax slips via courier for suppliers outside of Jakarta.
- Arranging travel as required.

PAYROLL & COMPENSATION EXECUTIVE

Main responsibilities:
* End to end in processing of selected (weekly, fortnightly and monthly) payroll(s).
* Prepare staff and salary, related reports and employment letters.
* Calculate and make payroll, pay slips, transfer
reports and prepare letter of transfer to the account bank each employee.
* Calculation and payment of termination payments.
* Undertaking required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting. Incl. creates reports and payment to Jamsostek, overtime reports etc (as required based on company needs).
* Responsible for the system, procedural, and process payroll, income tax (Including PPh 21) in accordance with applicable rules and policies of the company.
* Handle employee benefit administrationand payment.
* On-going maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system (if applicable).
* Updating and maintaining payroll records.
* Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
* Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime, shift allowances etc.
* Payroll administration, eg. filing, setting up new starters.

Qualifications:
* Male/Femalewith age max. 35 years old.
* Min. Bachelor's degree from any related field.
* Has min. 3 years' experience in Human Resource, with function of Payroll / Compensation and Benefit (preferable have an experience in oil & gas industries).
* Understanding Procedural Payroll in general, and able to make more effective SOP.
* Good knowledge about payroll system, tax PPh 21 and labor regulation.

* Accustomed with salary survey and understand the method.
* Diligent, rigorous, consistency, tidy, initiativeinterpersonaland has ability to work under pressure within tight deadline.
* Strong in detail, good analytical thinking, and well organized.
* Good filling and Administration skill.
* Goodcommand of verbal and writtenin English, and Effective use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
