A growing energy business company involved in the oil and gas industry is immediately seeking highly motivated and experience professional to fill positions:     Lead Process Engineer  Responsibilies: (a) Capability to develop engineering plan within each disciplines, covering, but not limited to,  deliverble list, manhour estimation, scheduling,       control and monitoring the engineering progress. (b) Planning, performance monitoring & controlling of engineering manpower within each disciplines (c) Ensures that the engineers are effective in the detailing and scoping of the works including time cost, stakeholder and risk issues.  (d) Manage competency assessment of the engineers and to ensure that skills and performance align with expectations. Requirements : 
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from reputable university
- Minimum 12 years of experiences as a process engineer in FEED and/or Detailed Design  in oil & gas processing facilities, including experience as Lead Process Engineer in any project or as Lead Process Engineer in corporate at least 2 years.
- Familiar with process simulation software:  Aspen HYSIS, FLARENET, PIPESIM, etc.
- Skillful in process equipment selection, sizing and thermal rating.
- Capable in generating / developing  PFD, P&ID, SAFE Chart
- Having good knowledge in process design engineering  related to oil & gas facilities
- Familiar with international code & standards
- Good command in English both written and oral
- Preferred/desirable onshore experience
    Process Engineer Sr.Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from reputable university
