Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

4. Bertanggungjawab dalam melakukan proses rekrutmen dari awal hingga akhir
5. Bertindak sebagai konsultan bagi para senior manajer dan leader dalam hal employee relation
6. Memastikan peraturan perusahaan sudah sesuai dan mengikuti peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku
7. Menjalankan kegiatan administrasi HR & GA (Asuransi, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, pendataan dan perawatan asset, pembaharuan database karyawan, pengadaan kebutuhan kantor, perpanjangan dokumen legal, dll)
8. Bekerjasama dengan Finance & Accounting untuk melakukan proses Payroll dalam hal penyediaan data


Kualifikasi :
1. Laki-laki / perempuan, maks 35 tahun
2. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang yang sama
3. Pendidikan minilam S1 dari Universitas terkemuka
4. Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
5. Mampunyai Project Management Skill yang baik
