CEPF WALLACEA

Hibah Besar (USD 20,000 atau lebih)

CEPF dan Burung Indonesia membuka penerimaan letters of inquiry (LoI) dari
organisasi masyarakat sipil yang ingin bekerja untuk konservasi jenis dan
atau daerah yang penting bagi keragaman hayati (key biodiversity areas-KBA)
di Wallacea biodiversity hotspot. Penerimaan LoI ini berlaku hanya untuk
area pendanaan (1) Seram dan Koridor Laut Buru, (2) Danau Poso dan Kompleks
Danau Malili, serta (3) Flores dan Koridor Laut Solor-Alor pada arahan
strategis (strategic direction) 1, 2, 3, 4 dan 5 dari Profil Ekosistem

Mendukung pengembangan program konservasi Burung Indonesia; termasuk dalam

a. Berpengalaman dalam perencanaan program konservasi sumber daya alam dan
pemberdayaan masyarakat;

3. Junior Accountant (JA)

Gambaran umum pekerjaan

Mendukung terselenggaranya fungsi dan kegiatan unit kerja Finance dengan
baik, dengan bertanggung jawab memonitor dan memastikan tersedianya dana,
tercatatnya transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran dan melakukan pengecekan
transaksi keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan atau PSAK ke
dalam sistem perangkat lunak akunting (software) untuk menunjang kelancaran
operasional kegiatan serta membantu Accountant dalam mengimplementasikan
prosedur keuangan dan akuntansi Burung Indonesia.

Kualifikasi:

a. Latar belakang pendidikan minimum D3 jurusan Akuntansi;

| Purpose of job:

Purpose of Programme Officer job is to provide administrative supports in making sure successful delivery of the co-funded Support to Higher Education in ASEAN Region (SHARE).

  Context and environment: (e.g. dept description, region description, organogram)

  The British Council has a long-standing reputation in Indonesia as a well-respected cultural relations organisation, creating opportunities and building relationships between Indonesia and the UK in the areas of three main Strategic Business Units (SBU); Education and Society, Arts, and English. Indonesia is a high priority country for BC, for UK government stakeholders and for many other external partners and potential partners, including the EU, other multilateral agencies and global foundations. The British Council has a long history of delivering development contracts in Indonesia on behalf of international organisations such as the EU, ADB, World Bank and many others. The global objective of SHARE is to strengthen regional co-operation, enhance the quality, regional competitiveness and internationalisation of ASEAN higher education institutions and students, contributing to an ASEAN Community in 2015 and beyond.

  Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

  Programme Officer's main duties:

·         Responsible for taking minutes of meeting and filling the notes

·         Handle logistics of events or meetings (venue, ticket and hotel booking, catering and vendor, etc). It needs to be managed, arranged and facilitated to the standards of Client and the British Council's policies and procedures.

·         Provide all relevant logistics support in line with corporate standard such as (gather quotation references, etc.) including liaise with external partners

·         Contacting the beneficiaries or partners in data gathering

·         Maintain contact database

·         Provide assistance for team members for international and domestic travel such as for ticket and hotel arrangements.

·         Coordinate and collect data/evidence of M&E under supervision of Programme Manager

·         Provide relevant project documents and process them into basic financial data before submit to the Finance Officer.

·         Cash advance of an event and its reconciliation

·         Purchase Order (PO) creation for general services in timely manner. It includes proper invoice receipt, good receipt and payment documents submission to Finance Unit or related units.

·         Vendor creation in SAP.

·         Filing the documents of SHARE programme

·         Provide support for the overall delivery of the programme

  Other Important Features Or Requirements Of The Job

·         The job may require some occasional business trips nationally and internationally –particularly within ASEAN region. It will also involve occasional weekend and evening work. Such requirements will be managed and compensated within British Council HR's regulations.
